Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation and Shipment Release
Once the order is approved and payment is confirmed by the finance department, the assigned sales representative will contact the customer to provide details regarding the shipment method and the next logistics steps. The release of any order is subject to payment clearance.

2. Shipping Methods
Genesis Distribution offers two main shipping options:

– **Warehouse Pickup (take-out):** In special cases, customers may pick up products directly from our distribution center, upon scheduling and prior approval.

– **Shipment via Genesis Prep Center:** To ensure better handling and reduced costs, we offer prep services for Amazon shipments under:
  – **FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)**
  – **FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant)**

These services are operated by trusted partners such as **Vintify** and **Allmast**, who are equipped to meet Amazon’s logistics standards.

3. Delivery Responsibility
After the products are shipped, delivery responsibility lies entirely with the carrier selected by the customer. Genesis Distribution is responsible only for the preparation, packaging, and handoff of the merchandise to the designated carrier.

We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transport after pickup.

4. Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
If the order is received with a broken seal, visible damage, or products that do not meet expected standards, the customer must report the issue at the time of delivery and immediately notify their sales representative for internal review.

5. Delivery Restrictions by Region
Regions with limited logistics access, high-risk areas, or remote zones are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes evaluating delivery feasibility and arranging any alternative methods (e.g., pickup at a designated location).

6. Shipping Fees and Costs
Shipping rates and conditions must be discussed directly with the sales representative. In some cases, shipping may be subsidized, split, or free depending on the order value and the commercial terms negotiated.
