1. Final Sales – No Standard Refunds
At Genesis Distribution, all sales are considered final. This means that once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for remorse, ordering mistakes, or withdrawal, except in specific cases evaluated according to this policy.

All purchases made on our website are treated as final sales, a standard practice in B2B commercial operations. This policy exists for operational and logistical reasons:
– We serve retailers and resellers under specific pricing and commercial terms;
– We work with fast-moving products and controlled profit margins;
– Product returns compromise quality control and reintegration into inventory.

Therefore, we do not accept refunds for reasons such as:
– Buyer’s remorse;
– Duplicate orders;
– Incorrect product selection.

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review all product details before purchasing.

2. Exceptions Eligible for Refund
Situations that may be reviewed, provided they are reported within 7 calendar days of delivery:
– Product with manufacturing defects;
– Product damaged during shipping;
– Product incorrectly shipped by the company;
– Product unfit for resale due to company error (e.g., expired, damaged).

3. How to Request
If you identify any of the situations listed above, please contact the sales representative responsible for your account. They will assist in forwarding the request to the appropriate department and guiding you through the analysis process.

4. Refund Options
If approved, the customer may choose one of the following options:
– Full refund using the same payment method used in the purchase;
– Or store credit for future purchases, valid for 30 days, applicable only to products preselected by the Genesis Distribution team.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
– Requests made after the 7-day deadline;
– Promotional, personalized, or visibly used products;
– Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer error.
